Driver Sanman Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds for cancellations or service issues under specific conditions. If you are not satisfied with the service provided or if the driver is unable to fulfill your booking as per the agreed terms, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the service date for consideration. Please ensure that all refund claims are accompanied by valid reasons and documentation, if applicable.

  • Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation is made before the service begins.
  • If the driver is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • After the service has been rendered or completed, unless there is an issue with the quality or delivery of the service.
  • If the customer cancels the service after the driver has already been dispatched.
  • If the customer fails to provide accurate or necessary details for the service, resulting in the inability to complete the booking.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the "Refunds" section under "Account Settings".
  • Fill in the refund request form with all required details.
  • Submit the form and wait for our customer support team to process your request.

4. Refund Approval and Processing

Once your refund request is submitted, our team will review the details and verify the eligibility based on our policy. We will notify you via email or phone about the status of your refund request.

If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. In case of any delay or issues with processing, our customer support team will reach out to you with an update.
